Personal Data Privacy Policy

This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") applies to all information that the website Agromet (hereinafter referred to as Closed Joint-Stock Company "Agromet"), located at the domain name agrometpal.ru (including its subdomains), may receive about the User during the use of the agrometpal.ru website (and its subdomains), its programs, and its products.

1. Definitions

1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.1. "Website Administration" (hereinafter – Administration) means authorized employees managing the Agromet website who organize and/or carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with the personal data.

1.1.2. "Personal Data" means any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable natural person (the personal data subject).

1.1.3. "Processing of Personal Data" means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without them with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

1.1.4. "Confidentiality of Personal Data" means the mandatory requirement for the Operator or any other person who has access to personal data not to allow their distribution without the consent of the personal data subject or other legal grounds.

1.1.5. "Agromet Website" means a set of interconnected web pages hosted on the Internet at the unique address (URL): agrometpal.ru, including its subdomains.

1.1.6. "Subdomains" means pages or a set of pages located on third-level domains belonging to the Agromet website, as well as other temporary pages displaying the Administration's contact information at the bottom.

1.1.7. "User of the Agromet Website" (hereinafter User) means a person who has access to the Agromet website via the Internet and uses the information, materials, and products of the Agromet website.

1.1.8. "Cookies" means a small piece of data sent by the web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or browser sends back to the web server with each HTTP request when trying to open a page of the corresponding website.

1.1.9. "IP Address" means a unique network address of a node in a computer network through which the User accesses Closed Joint-Stock Company "Agromet".

2. General Provisions

2.1. Use of the Agromet website by the User signifies acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of personal data processing.

2.2. If the User disagrees with the terms of this Privacy Policy, they must stop using the Agromet website.

2.3. This Privacy Policy applies to the Agromet website. Closed Joint-Stock Company "Agromet" does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that the User may access via links available on the Agromet website.

2.4. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User.

3. Subject of the Privacy Policy

3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the Administration's obligations to maintain confidentiality and ensure the protection of personal data provided by the User upon request during registration on the Agromet website or subscription to the informational e-mail newsletter.

3.2. Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy are provided by the User by filling out forms on the Agromet website and include the following information:

  • 3.2.1. User's last name, first name, and patronymic;
  • 3.2.2. User's contact phone number;
  • 3.2.3. Email address;
  • 3.2.4. User's place of residence (if necessary);
  • 3.2.5. Photograph (if necessary).

3.3. Closed Joint-Stock Company "Agromet" protects data automatically transmitted when visiting pages, including:

  • IP address;
  • Cookies data;
  • Browser information;
  • Access time;
  • Referrer (address of the previous page).

3.3.1. Disabling cookies may result in inability to access parts of the site requiring authorization.

3.3.2. Closed Joint-Stock Company "Agromet" collects statistics on IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to prevent, detect, and resolve technical issues.

3.4. Any other personal information not specified above (such as browsing history, used browsers, operating systems, etc.) is subject to secure storage and non-disclosure, except as provided in clause 5.2 of this Privacy Policy.

4. Purposes of Collecting User's Personal Information

4.1. The Administration may use the User's personal data for the following purposes:

  • 4.1.1. Identification of the User registered on the Agromet website for further authorization;
  • 4.1.2. Providing the User access to personalized data on the Agromet website;
  • 4.1.3. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests related to the use of the Agromet website, processing User's inquiries and applications;
  • 4.1.4. Determining the User's location to ensure security and prevent fraud;
  • 4.1.5. Verifying the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the User;
  • 4.1.6. Creating an account for using parts of the Agromet website if the User consents to account creation;
  • 4.1.7. Notifying the User via email;
  • 4.1.8. Providing the User with effective technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Agromet website;
  • 4.1.9. Providing the User, with their consent, with special offers, newsletters, and other information on behalf of the Agromet website.

5. Methods and Terms of Personal Data Processing

5.1. Processing of the User's personal data is carried out without limitation on the term by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without them.

5.2. The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.3. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Administration may not inform the User about such loss or disclosure.

5.4. The Administration takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other unlawful actions by third parties.

5.5. The Administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

6.1. The User has the right to:

  • 6.1.1. Make a voluntary decision to provide their personal data necessary for using the Agromet website and consent to their processing;
  • 6.1.2. Update or supplement the personal data provided in case of changes;
  • 6.1.3. Obtain from the Administration information regarding the processing of their personal data, unless restricted by federal laws. The User has the right to request clarification, blocking, or destruction of their personal data if the data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or unnecessary for the stated purpose of processing, and to take legal measures to protect their rights. This requires notifying the Administration at the specified e-mail address.

6.2. The Administration is obliged to:

  • 6.2.1. Use the received information solely for the purposes specified in section 4 of this Privacy Policy;
  • 6.2.2. Ensure confidentiality of information, not disclose it without prior written permission of the User, and not sell, exchange, publish, or otherwise disclose the User's personal data, except as provided in clause 5.2 of this Privacy Policy;
  • 6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data according to the procedures commonly used for such information protection in the existing business turnover;
  • 6.2.4. Block personal data relating to the respective User from the moment of the User's or their legal representative's or authorized body’s request for the period of verification, in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.

7. Liability of the Parties

7.1. The Administration, having failed to fulfill its obligations, is liable for losses incurred by the User due to unlawful use of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except for cases provided in clauses 5.2 and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration is not liable if such confidential information:

  • 7.2.1. Became public before its loss or disclosure;
  • 7.2.2. Was received from a third party before its receipt by the Administration;
  • 7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User's consent.

7.3. The User bears full responsibility for compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including laws on advertising, copyright and related rights, protection of trademarks and service marks, but not limited to these, including full responsibility for the content and form of materials.

7.4. The User acknowledges that responsibility for any information (including but not limited to data files, texts, etc.) accessed as part of the Agromet website lies with the person who provided such information.

7.5. The User agrees that information provided to them as part of the Agromet website may be intellectual property protected and owned by other Users, partners, or advertisers placing such information on the Agromet website. The User is not entitled to modify, lease, lend, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on such Content (in whole or in part), except where such actions are expressly permitted in writing by the owners of such Content under a separate agreement.

7.6. Distribution of textual materials (articles, publications publicly available on the Agromet website) is permitted provided that a reference to Closed Joint-Stock Company "Agromet" is given.

7.7. The Administration is not responsible to the User for any loss or damage caused by deletion, failure, or inability to save any Content or other communication data contained on or transmitted through the Agromet website.

7.8. The Administration is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from: use or inability to use the website or its services; unauthorized access to User communications; statements or behavior of any third party on the website.

7.9. The Administration is not responsible for any information posted by the User on the Agromet website, including but not limited to information protected by copyright without the direct consent of the copyright holder.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Before filing a lawsuit regarding disputes arising between the User and the Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written or electronic proposal for voluntary dispute resolution).

8.2. The recipient of the claim must notify the claimant in writing or electronically of the results of the claim consideration within 30 calendar days from receipt.

8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to the Arbitration Court of Okulovka, Novgorod Region.

8.4. This Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Administration are governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

9. Additional Terms

9.1. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into effect upon its posting on the Agromet website unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
