PAL wire is an innovative stranded single copper flexible wire applied as winding insulation made from hardened asbestos roving, F-4 fluorine oriented film and heat-resistant varnish-impregnated basaltic thread winding. The total insulating resistance - 1*1010. Resistant to corrosive media and operating temperature from -50 °С to +250 °С.

Section: 1.0 mm2; 1.5 mm2, 2.5 mm2, 4.0 mm2, 6.0 mm2, 10.0 mm2, 16.0 mm2, 25.0 mm2.

PALO wire – lightweight option.

Section: 1.0 mm2, 1.5 mm2, 2.5 mm2, 4.0 mm2, 6.0 mm2.

Our wire is strictly produced according to TU 3551-001-23534359-2014 developed on the analogy of TU 16-505.656-74 marching in the quality of the manufactured products.

PAL short description and standards:

  1. Stranded copper electric conductor with a nominal cross-section area of
    - 0.75…10.0 mm2, 25.0 mm2 corresponding to 4 class according to GOST 22483-2012;
    - 16,0 mm2 corresponding to 3 class according to GOST 22483-2012.
  2. Insulation in the form of double-layer winding of hardened asbestos roving with a total nominal thickness of 0,65…1,25 mm treated with silicone varnish.
  3. Fluorine-4 film winding with a nominal thickness of 0,24…0,36 mm applied overlapping not less than 40% between the layers of asbestos roving.
  4. Braiding with a density not less than 85% made from hardened asbestos yarn with a total nominal thickness of 0,7 mm, covered with enamel and treated with silicone varnish.
  5. The wire (cable) is qualified and meets all the requirements by physical and mechanical properties, electric tests, fire safety, sizes, and external view. Has a conformity certificate.

PTB wire is an innovative single stranded copper flexible wire applied as winding insulation made from hardened asbestos roving, F-4 fluorine oriented film and heat-resistant varnish-impregnated basaltic thread winding. The total insulating resistance - 1*1010. Resistant to corrosive media and operating temperature from -50 °С to +300 °С. More eco-friendly version compared to PAL.

PTBO wire – lightweight option.

Section: 1.0 mm2, 1.5 mm2, 2.5 mm2, 4.0 mm2, 6.0 mm2.

The wire is produced according to TU 27.32.13.-002-23534359-2018.
